Kieffer dives into why he loves learning new things and how that is helping him deal with Covid, why it’s important to make your own choices as an athlete, how he’s learned to balance his training schedule, what type of state of mind creates his success, why having trust in your teammates is so important, his thoughts on Michael Jordan's mindset, and so much more!
