There is very little inventory out there to choose from right now. Homes are selling rapidly for a lot of money, and there is just not much to choose from.  Why is this? In 2008, the market shifted and most of the builders were taken out and went to work elsewhere. So, we have this massive inventory deficiency and an increase in price. It is an epidemic due to supply and demand. There is low supply with high demand. “ We are helping people find the lot, build the home, put the plan together from beginning to end, and get them through financing. ” To solve this problem, we are now building homes.
