Episode 7-Honestly
Honestly, here's whats going on. Looking at what I've been thinking about during this hiatus and taking a moment to get deep with a friend can be the difference between being in a dark place and working through a struggle with someone.

Episode 6-Look On The Brightside...Sometimes
Well, my car broke down in the Carolinas. However, I am lucky enough to have some amazing friends who have taken me in while I've been stuck for over a week. Excuse me while I drone on about how bad 2020 has been, but WAIT! It's not that bad, heres some good stuff too.

Episode 5-Regrets
On the road and getting to talk about the hardest decisions people have had to make, one meaningful point came from my old roommate who realized four years later that what he thought was his biggest failure wound up being one of the best things to happen to him.

Episode 4- Ian Elsenbach
For my first guest I had my good friend Ian Elsenbach. Ian is a graduate of American University and currently works in local politics. We talked about different life struggles and how he worked through them.

Episode 3-Frustration
I got irrationally frustrated the other day and it brought down my whole day for really little stuff. So then I spent the rest of my day trying to figure out what caused it and how I could get out of it! Which was kind of productive, but I'm not real sure I actually found an answer so if you know or have any strategies hit me up! Also What Do I Do Now is on Spotify and should be getting guests soon so that's exciting!
