What is good about instrumental music‪?‬ Living Dreams With Herson Ricardo Alarcon

In this episode I talk about what benefits listening to instrumental music can bring. In my personal experience I have found that instrumental music can bring focus in my mind. It helps me think better. I can think about an issue and focus to find a solution. If I'm creating something, the instrumental music doesn't distract from what I'm thinking but it just enhances my thoughts. I believe that when you/I listen to music with lyrics, the words in the song can drive what's in your mind and is hard to concentrate. I know that there are some of you that can probably focus when listening to regular music, but I can't and I'm sure a lot of people can relate. And to be fair, I have done both things when working, and by far I can do better with instrumental music. Of course if I'm dancing I want those lyrics because it drives my moves.
