What You Missed in History Class - Case #1, R v. Oakes
David Edwin Oakes was approached by police and caught with drugs on him. He was charged with possession of a narcotic with intent to traffic, however he claims he never wanted to traffic his drugs. In this episode of "What You Missed in History Class", we go through the process of this 5 year long case, and question both sides of the argument.
