We all have things that we've wanted to say at times and we just kept quiet instead. Its the pure silence in writing that gave me closure and a voice when I couldn't be heard . This is gonna be a place for poetry that comes from having a broken heart along with the emotional ride of having mental health issues. Recognizing addictions are dangerous and they destroy families and change lives. This is about perspective its kind of my philosophy.
