Fear is an essential response to any physical or emotional danger. The temporal fear has many benefits such as boosting the immune system. According to a study conducted in 2009 by researchers at Coventry University, United Kingdom: the study aimed to examine the physical response of participants who watch a horror flick. Blood samples were taken before and after the viewing. Results showed that fear response caused the participants to experience a lift in activated white blood cells. These types of cells help in defeating diseases. However, prolonged fear is super harmful to our bodies.

You may have tried many methods to stop your fear, and nothing has worked for you. Actually there is no magical pill to cure fear. Only your lifestyle will regulate it and by the time you will see your body and mind in balance. The food you eat, the time you sleep, the time you wake up, the way you think, all these are important factors in your healing process. Except for these basic needs, you may have to practice yoga. My healing key was absolutely yoga.
