“So often we spend our days in the doing (...) Checking off to-do list items all day long. And don't get me wrong, I love me a good to-do list [...] But how often do you take the time to just be?”

I have been asked several times since I started the podcast to do an episode on daily rituals and practices and to share what I do daily to help me gain control of my vibration and experience more ease in my days. So here it is, just for you!

In episode 6 of Your Time is now, you will learn a bit more about some possibilities and options for your daily rituals, such as card pulling, gratitude rampages, dance parties, legs up the wall meditations, walks, and scripting.

I invite you to play around with them, see what feels good to you, and start practicing it. But, remember that it doesn’t have to be perfect and that anything worthwhile will always take time. So, give yourself grace and time to see how things shift for you.
