MDOT’s objective is to maximize taxpayer’s dollars by providing a safe, efficient multimodal network that enhances economic stability and growth.

Engine performance is how an engine operates in terms of speed and load, including its fuel consumption, emissions, noise, and mechanical and thermal loading.
