In this conversation, Dr. Shelby Harris, a leading expert in the field of Behavioral Sleep Medicine, joins Stacy to talk about why women have trouble sleeping during this stage in life, what can be done to improve our sleep, and our health. Dr. Harris explains the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), as well as the benefits of exercise and the role of nutrition in promoting better sleep.
