Labuan is an international business and financial center (IBFC) and oil and gas service hub .  Since 2014, Labuan economy has taken a hit due to the oil crises and caused an economic downturn on the island. 

Still trying to recover from the fiasco, the Covid 19 pandemic further hamper the road to recovery as businesses was force to shut down.

How are we going to move forward from this crisis?

The pandemic had create havoc in businesses and also lives. we are now in the path of recovery after obtaining the her immunity in 2nd Week of August. 
However with the recovery plan, the SOP enforced for the inbound shipment has caused ships avoiding the port. Here we discuss what is the actual problem faced by the vessels.
