It took me 9 months to find this culprit…

And the culprit was the Resistance.

Feeling of Fear, Self Doubt, Procrastination etc …is Resistance.

Resistance is a Feeling. You cannot see, smell or Touch it.

Resistance is Invisible, It is Universal and it is Insidious.

Thanks to Steven Pressfield’s book “Do The Work” to understand more about Resistance.

Here is how I plan to handle resistance-

Step 1 - Identify the Resistance

Step2 - Acknowledge the Resistance by saying “Yes, I am facing this resistance……. I am aware of it.”

Step3 - Take action, in spite of resistance and see the magic happen.
