This week Corey and Jordan discussed the topic of Physical Health and the importance of this within the workplace. Jordan, a professional golfer (On the weekend) opens up about his experience with physical health and the benefits of getting out in the fresh air. Corey discusses the competitive nature of sport and how this positively impact our mental health while improving our physical health.
