We have met an awe inspiring young lady this school year named Phoebe who attends Madison Middle School in Abilene ISD. If you have read the Abilene Reporter News, watched the local Fox (KIDY) affiliate news broadcasts, or attended the United Way of Abilene annual luncheon, you have already heard a little bit about Phoebe.
