You don't rise to your goals. You fall to your own systems. James Clear; author of Atomic Habits recommends you focus on becoming 1% better every single day, after one year you'll be 37 times better than you were when you started.
In contrast, if we fall 1% each day, by the end of the year, we'll be at zero.
In this week's episode, I share my thoughts on developing positive habits, the difference between high and low vibrational habits and how to make positive shifts. Together, we focus on becoming 1% better everyday with some helpful exercises to get you started.
