    How finding our natural survival healing mechanism within us is life changing.

    Karlee and Teresa talk openly about dark days to finding hope and clarity. Teresa chose not to take medications anymore as they were making her worse. That is when Teresa met Karlee and started working with tools to release her fear, anxiety and pain.

    Teresa was living in a numb, fight, or flight state, and after a few months of working on herself and by completing fight flight response, she found her voice and is using it. She has released a lot of anger and adrenaline from past abuse and is finding more peace and calm in her mind and body. She has come out of a numb terrified state and is feeling alive and healthy for the first time in her life.
