The reflections of a former Police Officer going back to deal with his experiences from the beginning of his career to the decision to move on while dealing with unfinished feelings. He takes a look back to relive some of his experiences and the feelings about his time with one of Canada's largest Police Services. The story is approached in a straight forward manner using humour, vulnerability and honesty.
