Count your Mondays (quantifying your time can be remarkably clarifying)

Diagnose the dead zones (areas in life that feel dead inside)

Identify your deathbed pre-grets (regrets-in-the-making that can still be course-corrected)

Live wider (with vitality) and deeper (with meaning): identify a list of enlivening endeavors 

Pick one small thing to take action on at a time
