Arnaud is Head of Business Ethics at ING Bank in Amsterdam, where he guides sustainability trend analyses, stakeholder engagement and reputation management associated with a broad range of banking transactions. Examples are ING's adherence to the Dutch Banking Sector Agreement, ING's latest defence-, coal-, and tobacco policies and ING's response to the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Arnaud is a guest lecturer at VU University Amsterdam (Institutions & Identity) and Utrecht University (Economic Ethics).
Arnaud holds a master's degree in Law, a master's degree in Marketing and a master's degree in Applied Ethics.

Arnaud had just delivered a guest-lecture at the Economic Ethics course that is part of the Applied Ethics program at Utrecht University. In this interview, we ask him about his personal experience. Bridging a gap between what a student in Applied Ethics is taught and what the corporate business ethics environment requires. Very relevant for students in applied philosophy or ethics!
