However, she found dentistry triggering due to its demand for perfection. 
Moving to Spain and juggling work with family life, Christina neglected her mental well-being, eventually leading her to the brink of burnout. She is now on a mission to raise awareness about the warning signs of burnout and the importance of self-awareness in maintaining mental health.
