    Believe me, you :)

    Believe me, you :)

Hey peeps, this episode is about it's okay to fail and how being resilient is not easy but not impossible either. How friends and family can offer support and help us in identifying the lost confidence in ourselves. I also talk about how it's not about being great but being nice at being a human being (tongue twister, lol). I hope you can relate to it. If there are any queries or if you want to discuss something relating to the podcast, feel free. I'd be happy to engage in a conversation if time allows. And thank you again for listening :)

    Don't go out, it's okay!

    Don't go out, it's okay!

Hi peeps, this episode is about being vulnerable and honest about your mental state with your loved ones. And how the loved ones need to be a good listener to end the stigma around being vulnerable...let's try one day at a time :) To be honest, I am trying myself, it's a learning curve one follows. It's okay not to go out and being with yourself without feeling guilty about it or more anxious.

    A good Walk!

    A good Walk!

Hello peeps, thank you if you're listening to this podcast and I hope you had a decent day. This episode is about what a good walk feels like. Recently, I've started walking and have discovered it's wonders. Since it's a screen generation, I hardly go out. I am always stuck to my phone or laptop screen and at times to the television. A walk one day made me realize how beautiful and nice the outside is. It made me see new people, new architecture and few smiles. So, how about you take that first walk and see if it helps!

    What's your music?

    What's your music?

You know how you're having a not so great day and there's this one song that can lift you up? Music has power beyond our understanding and can help us. It has helped me time and again. These small segments are recorded by me at night and you won't find great editing on my part. I am just sharing parts of my life and I hope that makes sense to some of you :)

Save some of you for you

Save some of you for you

Hi peeps, this small episode is another thinking out loud session where I am talking about the need to take out sometime for yourself. We often give away too much to the ones we love or to the ones we don't. Love is not simply about sharing but saving some for your own self too. Self love is true love. Don't forget to have sometime out of the day to honor your day and your hardwork. Make it an event. Also, more elaborate and structured podcasts will come soon. Dates yet to be disclosed as I am working on some ideas :)

    Ordinary or extraordinary, you decide

    Ordinary or extraordinary, you decide

Hey peeps, I am publishing this small thought with you as I was thinking it out loud. If you resonate with being extraordinary in being ordinary then this is an audio you shouldn't miss. I am an individual with many many many thoughts and I wish to share it with the world in a more comprehensive way soon. Untill then this is it...
