I have truly struggled with people-pleasing for a long time and I didn't really recognise how much I was struggling until a boundary i wanted to enforce could barely hold water.  In this episode I share examples of this and what impact it has on me and how I plan to get off the people-pleasing bus.

After experiencing heartbreak after heartbreak, i had to introspect and be honest with myself. I was looking for the wrong things and expecting the right man. I was constantly finding myself in situationships where the man iI was with was selfish with his emotions and his time. I was constantly gaslighted and made to feel worthless.

In this episode I take you on a journey of where my mind was at and how i finally found myself with my partner.

Miss Nako ,

Ah haa moments!

There is nothing more amazing than listening to something that fully resonates with you.

Something that helps you realize more about yourself.
Coming from someone who is JUST like you.
A black girl navigating her 30s.

There’s nothing better than hearing affirmations that help you firstly WANT to be a better person and then become one.

This is what life is about.
Thank you Katlego.

Xx
Nako
