Total emission is an important facet of an entity's environmental impact, however, it tells an incomplete story, the emission intensity which reflects the efficiency of using the resources is a more appropriate measure.  GHG intensity of the investee companies will help the investors choose wisely amongst the sustainable companies that efficiently utilize inputs.

The real estate sector is one of the highest Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emitting sectors, contributing to almost 40% of the annual global GHG emissions and consuming approximately one-third of global energy. 😱 What makes this sector so energy intensive?
