Tegan and Silvana watch Season 4, Episode 14, "Serpent's Venom". Another torture episode reminiscent of Sokar's hell episodes. And this time Teal'c is even more specifically targeted.
The ladies go off on a tangent about gender and sexual fluidity and how it really should have been more explored when it comes to Goa'uld and Tok'ra, probably because we hated this episode and wanted to talk about something else.
The Tok'ra's philosophy and ethics are discussed and the inconstitency is glaring. The Tok'ra racism towards Jaffa is really showing and Tegan's love for the Tok'ra is seriously challenged in this episode....

Tegan and Silvana watch Season 4, Episode 13, "The Curse". We move on to the next Daniel Jackson partner who becomes a goa'uld host. 
We find out a little about Daniel Jackson's past before the film when he returns to his alma mater after the death of his closest professor. 
Evidence is mounting that Sam Carter is queer!

Silvana and Tegan watch Apollo 13, since Season 4 Episode 12 Tangent was basically just Apollo 13, but make it Stargate. 
Silvana and Tegan discuss the movie and also the state of racial and gender diversity in American Film in the 1990s (spoiler alert, it is lacking!). Also, how wonderful of a person Tom Hanks seems to be.

Silvana and Tegan watch Season 4, Episode 12 "Tangent". The ladies speculate that this episode was a part of why Stargate got funding from the US Military as propaganda. 
This episode has Steven Williams, star of "21 Jump Street" as well, which makes Silvana excited.
The rest of this episode is essentially Apollo 13 with Jack and Teal'c stuck in space and Stargate Command becomes Houston.

Silvana and Tegan are joined by Eric for Season 4, Episode 11 "Point of No Return". All three are very excited that we have reached this epsidoe and the first episode with Martin Lloyd and Murray. 
This is one of the few episodes that takes place entirely on Earth. 
Teal'c has learned a lot about being an earthling; enough to go undercover as a short order cook! Teal'c also tries on his alternate persona: Murray. 
How would the NID get someone's eye perscription? How long have these aliens been on Earth? Are "Sex in the City" and "Stargate SG-1" the same universe?

Silvana and Tegan watch Season 4, Episode 9 "Scorched Earth". The ladies love this episode and suggest it as a great one to start people on Stargate. 
The SG-1 team are helping a group of people settle a new planet, but another civilization has already started terraforming it! How will the team solve this one? Answer: with the Daniel Jackson we've all been waiting for!
With a little conversation, Daniel is able to solve everyone's problems.
How is this advanced civilization not one of the original four races? This is rather like Horizon Zero Dawn, from the perspective of the Gadmere. 
Maybe it is just because Silvana is an Agile Coach, but this episode provides a great example of agile culture vs command/control structure.
