Review of the Podcast
Iâm really glad I found this podcast because it talks about all the issues people in their 20s faceâ€ïž. Really love that it educates people on how to be their best version for instance thereâs an episode about overcoming anxiety and also an episode which talks about emotional unavailability. Really relatable content and would highly recommend it
Love it
Just recently found this podcast & i love it! so relatable & so helpful, considering i just recently turned 21, i take a lot of what is said into consideration & apply it to my life. i would definitely recommend to give it a listen (even if uâre not necessarily in your 20âs!)
Wow
I have been feeling gloomy for a while, something many might call seasonal depression. I am generally antisocial but every time I feel like this I shut down completely, and spend my days locked up in my room. I choose to look for negatives in every situation and that tends to hinder my progress as well. But you know what today I learnt that itâs okay to keep fighting, to celebrate small wins and to not disregard your hobbies and passions for the big goal. Laser focus sometimes doesnât mean just immersing yourself and throw out what you already have going on. In 6 months time I will be an Aerospace engineering masters student, and have received a fully funded scholarship for this big goal.
Thank you again đ
