Welcome back! Our society has become a breeding ground for insecurities and self hate. Social media has heightened this pressure and made it more difficult than ever to establish boundaries and live life for yourself. Listen through as we talk about getting over people who've wronged you, to worrying about relationships, letting yourself be vulnerable and opening up, why crying is actually good for us, and a lot more. Plus, Joy's younger sister makes a - very short - cameo appearance on the podcast.
