The Israeli military continued operations in and around the city of Rafah, despite an international court ruling to halt them. Arrest warrants were issued for Israeli and Hamas leaders. Israel loosened restrictions on settlers in the West Bank. It is day 233 of the war. More than 35, 900 Palestinians in Gaza have been killed.
