Sarafina has hosted various international event such Acharya habba ,Dance Trance India (www.dancetranceindia.com) and TASAA graduation. She a has coached Afro nation dancing group that combined dancers from different part of Africa. She is currently a community health pharmacist and event organizer but also an entrepreneur in Tanzania she currently based in the production of cleaning products such as handwash, tiles cleaners, toilet cleaners and in response to this pandemic COVID 19 she has started manufacturing hand sanitizer and selling in affordable price to protect the venerable community in her country. She is also involved in spreading positive energy and consulting people to a happier future, and in the future she looking forward to take her detergents business world wide.
