In this episode, Beatrice Calderon sits for a chat with Ralph from Cel-Lab and goes through how she got started on her fitness journey. She had some obstacles to beginning the process but is now a year into it and super passionate. She credits doing research with much of her success. Below I'll put a few suggestions she gives during the podcast for places where you can do that research. Beatrice recommends setting realistic goals and says she can do that by doing the research first. That's a big part of what keeps her motivated. Also, she has found what she loves in high intensity workouts and yoga. If you have a sport you love, training is just so much easier.
