My name is Larry Powell and I'm just a regular guy trying to navigate the ever changing waters and winds in this little voyage we call "life." My goal is to figure how to get the most out of life, balancing the things that are fun versus the things that bring us success and longevity. I want to optomize health and wealth while simultaneously having as much fun as possible.

Life is short, I understand that saying is trite but it shouldn't be. Instead it should be a motto that has impact, meaning, and resonates with all of us. Understanding that time is our most precious commodity and thus making the best out of each moment is the only way to live. However I understand this is not reality for most of us. And thus my mission with this podcast is to find ways for each of us to get the most out of as many moments as possible regardless of our circumstances.

I wish to explore everything from idealiyc concepts regarding the 'meaning of life' to life hacks to help make 'the everyday' a little easier. I'm a husband, father, enterprenuer, blogger, beer lover, fitness enthusiast, and working man that's willing to share every little bit of wisdom I can to help make your day a little better. Hopefully we'll aslo share some laughs along the way too.

When I think of fitness, I not only think of being physically fit, but I also think of being mentally, emotionally, and finaincially fit to paint a picture of true well-being. And when I think of beer (hint beer is a metaphor), I think of fun, and I also think fun is a necessary part of well-being.
