RFK Jr. is still trying to negotiate his way into a presidential debate, angling to set one up on X, and is speaking at a Libertarian rally in an effort to draw more votes. Trump will be speaking at the same event tomorrow, for the same reason. Meanwhile, President Biden hosted a state visit from Kenya, where topics including aid for Haiti.

5/24 Spotlight: Memorial Day Ceremony
Harrison Conyers, City of Jacksonville's Director of Military Affairs and Veterans Department, joins JMN to discuss the Memorial Day ceremonies in downtown Jacksonville. This year, no new names have been added to the 1700+ names on Jacksonville's Memorial Wall, but all branches of the service will pay their respects to the fallen, and to the Gold Star families present. WOKV will start live coverage Monday at 8am, and the ceremony begins at 830am.

Resolving border legislation would deflate a campaign issue for both sides, so progress on this issue seems unlikely before the election.
