#LearningFromLeaders Ep.6 Pellerin Real Estate Ant Oxley Learning From Leaders

    • Business

Welcome to Episode 6 of Learning From Leaders. In this episode we hang out with Philippe Pellerin, owner of Pellerin Real Estate and the man behind The Beacon in Grant Park.

Philippe always dreamed of becoming a developer, but with the state of the economy in 2008, becoming a new father and a job opportunity with McDonalds his dream was almost de-railed.

At only 34 years old, it would be tempting to label Philippe a “trust fund kid” to try and diminish his success. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth. 10 years ago, he was cutting his neighbors yards to pay the bills and today he is working on multi-million dollar projects.

Philippe is my landlord, but he is so much more. He has become a mentor, business partner but most importantly a great friend over the past 3 years. This podcast is an insight into one of our weekly conversations, hope you enjoy!
