    • Business

Are you experiencing digital fatigue? James Alexander, Registered Clinical Counsellor shares tips and ways to cope with the stress and anxiety resulting from digital fatigue.

With the increasing impact of the digital world, there are no doubts that our senses are being overloaded. However, acknowledging it and addressing the impact that it has on our daily lives are two different things. The reality is, most of us do not have the time to deal with it, instead we live with it. Due to the world-wide pandemic, working from home and taking online classes have become the new normal. For parents that are now working from home, the additional load of taking care of kids that are now being home-schooled, can become overbearing. But let’s suck it up, butter cup, and let’s just live with it.

Do we just live with it? At what point does the water boil over and we result in high levels of stress, anxiety and irritability?

In this episode of the “If I had a Crystal Ball Podcast Series”, James Alexander, CD, MA, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Clinic Director of Aster Wellness Centre discusses the impact that digital fatigue is having on us, and ways that we can reduce the impact, as well as overcome these pressures.
