Mat Smith and Kyle Reese open the second hour talking about Mat’s sports addiction before digging into the Avalanche’s end of year press conferences where they hear what Gabriel Landeskog and Chris MacFarland had to say about their 2023-2024 campaign. They follow up with the Nuggets’ end of season presser where Michael Malone and Calvin Booth answered some questions about running the roster into the ground, how the roster is put together, and adjusting their approach. Did the Nuggets leadership allude to some dysfunction going on between their GM and head coach?

Mat Smith and Kyle Reese open the third and final hour with a guest. Our 9News Broncos Insider Mike Klis hops on the line to tell us what’s going on in Broncos OTA’s. Who’s been standing out? More importantly, how has Bo Nix looked? He dishes on the secondary after the massive turnover that has taken place this offseason and he gives us a look into the organization’s mindset going into next season. Mat and Kyle get the listeners involved in the show, looking at the text line after bringing Mike Klis onto the show. They react to texts about the Nuggets’ roster and go down the rabbit hole of how Michael Malone handled the second half. Mat and Kyle Chop It Up about some NBA greats’ comments in defense of Caitlin Clark, the death of another classic Vegas casino, and the final farewell to the PAC 12.

Then Dan is joined by our very own John Davis to talk about the Scottie Scheffler situation at the PGA Championship. John opens up on his nerves ahead of Game 7 against the Timberwolves and breaks down what went wrong in the disastrous Game 6 loss. John gives his take on Nichushkin and the ending of the Avs' season. Dan closes out the first hour asnwering texts from our lovely listeners.

Dan concludes today's show telling us to stay busy instead of sitting on pins and needles in anticipation for Game 7 and tells us how he's gonna be keeping himself busy.
