In the Hot Seat this week we have Vivien Gourlay, a long time gymnastics coach that established a Gymnastics Club over 40 years ago! She was also involved in training STGC's very own Commonwealth Gold medalist Steve Frew & is now part of the Energize Calisthenics team that have opened Scotland's first free outdoor calisthenics training gym!
