    Founder and CEO of More Canvas Consulting, Pilar Castro-Kiltz ‘10, is driven by creating value, meaning, and connection through business and the arts. With an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Pilar uses her expertise in strategy, marketing, and management to guide independent businesses through starting new ventures, navigating market shifts, initiating growth, and increasing operational efficiency. Current clients include firms and entrepreneurs in healthcare, legal services, higher education, tech, the arts, retail, and financial services.

    With a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, in 2013 Pilar founded The Princeton Arts Alumni—a network and resources for alums who are in and for the arts: across disciplines, geographies, and decades. Pilar continues to work as a producer and theater maker. While Executive Artistic Director of Ensemble Dance, a dance-theater company that created original interdisciplinary works for performance in New York City from 2011-2017, Pilar’s choreography was seen at Radio City Music Hall, Off-Off Broadway stages, competitively curated festivals, and on film.

    Princeton "TigerZone" Episode 14: Alexandra Best Mahon

    Alexandra Best Mahon was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She received her BA in Spanish from Princeton University in 2010, and then attended the University of Florida, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.  After dental school, she was accepted to Virginia Commonwealth University for her orthodontic residency, graduating with her Masters of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Orthodontics. Ali worked as an orthodontic associate for a few years before purchasing the office where she was working in Concord, NC, now named Best Orthodontics. She is married to her wonderful husband Brendan Mahon, Princeton Class of 2010, and they welcomed their adorable daughter Arabella in April 2020.

    Lauren Cowher Hill is a seasoned Customer Experience and Operations leader in the technology space and currently the VP of Student Success at Outlier.org.  Outlier, from the co-founder of MasterClass and listed as one of TIME’s Best Inventions 2020, has developed high-quality, university-level and for-credit courses taught online by some of the most celebrated educators in their respective fields.  Their mission is two-fold: (1) increase access to high-quality college education, (2) dramatically reduce student debt.  Prior to Outlier, Lauren was the Senior Director of Global Customer Experience at ClassPass, where she led a team of 150 people (275 at seasonal peak) that supported customers across 2,500 cities, 28 countries, 5 continents and 12 languages.  Lauren has also held leadership roles as the Director of Customer Experience and Ordering Operations at online interior design startup Havenly and Director of Customer Success at the cloud-based content creation platform WriterAccess.  She got her career start in PR at Edelman as a member of the Health team in their NYC HQ, supporting major pharmaceutical companies across a number of medications and disease areas.

    Lauren holds a BA in Anthropology (Cum Laude) from Princeton University and a MA in Visual Anthropology (distinction) from Goldsmiths, University of London.  She lives in Denver, CO with her husband Jason and beloved Wirehaired Pointing Griffon pup, Zula.

    Eric Cohen is a Studio Product Strategy Executive at Netflix, working at the intersection of production, studio strategy, and technology. Eric provides strategic insights and leadership to the Netflix technology and studio divisions as they pursue major investments in Physical Production, Workforce Management, and Acquisition/Finance. Prior to Netflix, Eric was the Release Strategy Lead for Amazon Studios, leading scheduling decisions for the Original TV & Film slate including Borat 2, the Oscar winning film Sound of Metal, Emmy nominated/winning series Fleabag, The Boys, The Underground Railroad, Small Axe, and many more. After completing his MBA/MFA dual degree program at NYU Stern & Tisch, Eric was Head of Production, Finance & Strategy for OBB Media, where he executive produced Historical Roasts for Netflix, won a Streamy Award for producing Kevin Hart's Cold as Balls for YouTube, and produced numerous other documentaries, digital series, and branded pieces. Eric graduated from Princeton University in 2010 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
