In the content that follows, we get a new perspective from one of the top physique athletes in the world. We discuss the tremendous amount of effort and commitment it takes to be a physique athlete, and some of the parallels that can be found in the rehab setting, we touch on some mental and social aspects in reaching physique goals and we bust a few myths along the way when it comes to improving strength and muscle mass. There are plenty of other topics throughout the discussion, but we won’t spoil the surprises.
