(#156) My Journey with Getting Back Into a Healthy Workout Routine The Radiant Life®: Mindset & Manifestation

Welcome to The Radiant Life® Podcast! Today’s episode I am opening up and sharing an update with you on my healthy journey. This episode is not here to promote losing weight but to encourage you to get into a healthy routine. 




I recorded this episode as we start the holiday season, a time that used to be hard for me and triggering. I would binge eat and freak out about losing the weight in the new year. My intention with this episode is to support you in finding a healthy way to FEEL good in your body and creating a routine that is supportive to your life! 




This year has been a roller coaster in my workout journey, I found myself facing self judgement, negativity and critical as I lost a lot of muscle, gained some weight, felt inflamed yet struggled to get into a workout routine and do something about it. 




Today, i’m proud to share I FEEL great in my body, more energy, I have excitement and enjoyment in my workouts again and found a balance.  I want to share with you HOW I did it, things that helped me so that it can help you too!
