Superb!

These yoga downloads are perfect. There are so many to choose from for all levels of practice, and are perfect for someone like me, who is out of practice and wanting to develop a solid home practice before I go back to my studio. They are the perfect length of time. The pose guides for some of the classes are a great idea also. Convenience is also key. No more excuses for me. Keep them coming!

Great yoga classes for the rank amateur... with the pose guides it's easy to follow along. And the 20 minute classes are perfect... if I'm feeling extra energetic I just double up on them! Thanks so much!!
ps... I tried to donate a little $ at their website but couldn't... hope they fix that... I'd be more than happy to give a little for all the work they've done with this podcast!! :)
