Today I'm chatting with Dr. Paul Saladino all about a nose-to-tail carnivore diet. Dr. Saladino is a certified Functional Medicine practitioner (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine and completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Washington. His research focus is the connection between nutritional biochemistry and chronic disease, with an emphasis on the carnivore diet.
