A happy new listener

I have recently discovered the Joe Gardener podcasts. It’s hard to get caught up! Every episode is packed with information, new ideas and inspiration. Joe is like a gardener’s best friend, willing to share and teach. He’s well spoken, respectful and funny. The show notes are amazing and the website is my go to place for any gardening question. Thank you to you and your team Joe!

Such a great resource

I started listening to this podcast in the spring. As a hobby backyard farmer, I’ve learned lots already about how we care for our garden. The information is helpful with basic info as well as more “nerdy” details so you can get the amount of detail you’re looking for. I wondered what topics would be covered once Fall rolled around. I’ve learned lots already about a host of topics - the growing native plants episode gave me a whole new approach to establishing perennials and explains why my previous attempts didn’t work. Great podcast that covers all grow zones

Mostly great!

I love all the native plant content but it’s missing a big piece! These landscapes were and often still are managed by Indigenous peoples. I would love to see more inclusion of the millenia of knowledge and experience of these communities in these conversations about better gardening practises.
