You may not know that she was once on her death bed due to severe gut issues.  Bethany’s Bio: Gut health guru, Bethany Cameron (more commonly known as @lilsipper on Instagram) almost died from a severe combination of gut issues such as gastroparesis, candida, parasites, yeast overgrowth, and colitis and overcame them through a natural and holistic approach without medication or feeding tubes. She now is a cookbook author, host of the popular podcast Digest This, and creator of the well-known Instagram @lilsipper where she helps others overcome their own gut issues and shines light on the food industry and how it's making us sick. She is not shy to tell it like it is, holding nothing back when it comes to what's truly going on in our food system. Bethany is also has her own line of gut healthy supplements called Bethany's Pantry for those needing gut health support and / or sensitive to most thing on the market today.
