Dr. Hillary McBride is a registered clinical counsellor in private practice based in Vancouver. Her areas of clinical practice and research focus on the intersection of spirituality and mental health, trauma therapies, eating disorders, body image, and sex.
She is the author of “Mothers, Daughters, and Body Image: Learning to Love Ourselves As We Are.” She is also the host of the popular CBC podcast, “Other People’s Problems”, which features her therapy sessions with different clients.
