8.8 How to End Your Gospel Retelling the Bible

    • Christianity

As far as we can tell, the original manuscript of the Gospel of Mark ended strangely and abruptly at chapter 16, verse 8.
This is the story of how the author (lets call him Mark) decided to end his gospel in what seems like such a surprising way to us.
Based on Mark 16:1-8 with reference to Mark 3:20-35, Mark 15:6-15 and 1 Corinthians 15:5-7.
