Our hosts will delve deeply into the many facets of Indonesia's rise to the position of ASEAN Chairman through this fascinating podcast.



Our delighted speaker, Mrs. Yulida Nuraini Santoso, who serves as the managing director of the ASEAN Studies Center UGM and a renowned lecturer in the International Relations department in UGM, will share her expertise and perspectives during the episode. Together with Mrs. Yulida, this episode will discuss the interests, expectations, difficulties, and potential challenges that Indonesia must face as it takes on this crucial role in determining the future of ASEAN.

But in reality, that's not the case. Environmental issues are some highly intersectional issues. It can shape and influence our life more than we can imagine, regardless what we do and where we live. That's why, to tackle these issues, efforts from everyone are exceptionally needed. On this occasion, we invited Veronica Ayu Pangestika as President of Girl Up UGM 2021 to talk about gender construction and pop culture in today’s society. All this time, most individuals have internalized social expectations and norms of gender construction to behave accordingly. Yet, it turns out that it could be oppressive and result in gender inequality. We also discuss several strands of feminism, and how ideas of gender are represented in mainstream entertainment.
