Phoebe, a formerly homeless musician, befriends a group of selfish and misguided twenty-somethings in order to provide them moral guidance and show them what really matters in life. But she has her work cut out for her especially with Ross: a whiny, immature man-child who consistently lets himself be manipulated into making the worst decisions possible.
