Good, Better, Best - Love this for races, but works well for a higher level look at business as well—what went well, what could have been better, what do you need to be at your best?Social media, marketing, P&L statements, taxes—gahhhDefining success - slow growth vs fast growth, going all in vs letting it happen. What do you want versus what does the optimal day/week look like for you? How can those two overlap? Have big goals, but bring your Resolutions down to ones that are small + more daily/weekly in nature vs sweeping. Celebrate success when it comes! Know you don’t have to have it all figured out / it doesn’t need to be going amazingly just yet. Most businesses take 18-24 months before returning ANY profit
