Dr. Chavez is the best!

Finding Dr. Chavez on Instagram and then listening to this podcast has created huge behaviour shifts for me. I was all into low carb, but my LDL got pretty high. Dr. Chavez provides so much nutrition information as well as debunking the misinformation rampant on social media and sharing other reputable IG pages, that I started following proper dietary advice and my LDL cholesterol numbers have gone down remarkably!
