The new president sets out his manifesto. The uncomfortable coalition come up with a laughable plan to save the hostages at Pavonis. 

Ray isn’t an investigator - he just wants to do his job. But the government and the mysterious Mars Corporation have other ideas about Ray and he may have no choice but be drawn into a fight for the future of Mars.
