In this article – titled “Acceleration in the adoption of innovative legal service delivery” – we note that the pandemic  has provided a platform for conversations between lawyers and clients about innovative legal technologies, tools, processes and staffing models and has contributed to accelerating the pace of their adoption. In our article, we discuss increased focus on Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs), captive ALSPs (those that function within law firms) in particular and the corresponding move by in-house legal departments to embrace them.
